About Us

Established in 1981 it originally made forged and machined valves for gas stove manufacturers. During these 31 years we have built and maintained our reputation for integrity. The most treasured assets are the dedicated and motivated work force and of course the satisfied customers. Delivery schedules are met and every forging receives due attention.

Brassoforge was founded as a family owned company but today has a specialized team of professionals and workforce. The direction of the management and the commitment of over 150 workers has resulted into an ethically sound and morally bound company that is successfully addressing modern issues such as environment.

Manufacturing Facilities

At Brassoforge, manufacturing activities include :
  • Series of closed die forging machines from 50 ton to 800 tons capacity.
  • Forging of Brass, Aluminum & Copper from extrusions
  • 50-100 tons blanking or stamping presses.
  • Include Ultra Sonic Cleaning, Vibro Finishing and Lacquering.
  • Complete heat treatment facility.
Machining Facilities include:
  • Machining of Brass, Aluminum, Copper, S.S.
  • Machining of casting, forging or direct from rod or bar.
  • CNC lathes of HAAS, USA.
  • CNC machining centers of HAAS (USA), FANUC (JAPAN) & BROTHER (JAPAN)
  • Conventional Machines like SPMs, Drilling, Tapping, Milling and other auxiliary machines.
Tool Room is equipped with:
  • 3D Modeling Auto CAD design centre.
  • Milling Machines with Digital Read Outs for Master Making.
  • CNC Milling of dies and tools is available.
  • Electro Discharge Machine for electrode sinking.
  • Lathes, grinders, polishers, etc.
Testing facilities include:
  • Spectrometer for chemical composition from NABL approved LAB • Micro structure checking from NABL approved LAB
  • Mechanical properties
  • Ultra Sonic testing for internal defects like cracks, folds, etc
  • Hardness testing
  • Leakage or pressure testing
  • Surface roughness testing
  • Profile projector with digital read out for checking shape & contours

  • Fixtures, gauges and equipment for dimension
Our forgings are approved by Ministry of Defence & Ministry of Railways, which also provide a credibility to our product range in the entire engineering industry.

As most of the products are import substitutes or are being exported, quality is identified as the core competence of our operations. We create the necessary conditions for high production reliability and optimized processes. Constant development of these systems and processes lead to lower cost for our customers. State of the art measurement and testing methods are utilized to ensure top quality supplies. Stringent dimension control is worked upon for lesser machining margins. Dol components are made to improve quality & efficiency with minium inventory.

Certification (s): ISO / TS 16949 :2002 by BSI. Forgings are also approved by Ministry of Defense & Ministry of Railways of Government of India.
